|초록||가행광산 갱내 안전진단 및 대책 연구 (V): 안전진단 대상 탄광으로 상덕광업소, 마로광업소를 선정하고 보안관리분야 안전진단(일반적 보안, 갱내환경요소 측정, 광업권자의 의무사항 이행여부 확인)과 기술관리분야의 안전진단(환경관리 분야, 생산기술 분야, 갱내화재 대책, 기계·전기분야) 분야에 대하여 연구 하였다. Research on the Prevention of Mine Accident (V): This research has been conducted to investigate 11 major operating coal mines in respect to mine safety. The safety inspection on 9 coal mines has already been done until 1998. In this year, two coal mines, Sangduck and Maro, were inspected and desirable counter measures were recommended. Sangduck mine is a nicely organized private coal mine which produces quite a large volume of coal with the modernized facilities and there was no catastrophic disaster or casualties in recent years so that their safety management became a model case not only in mining sector but all the other industrial sectors. However, the treatment of methane from coal seam, maintaining of hauling roadways cutting through irregular coal seams and concentration of working faces to simplify transportation systems are subject to be solved in the future. Maro mine is one of small scaled private coal mine which has comparatively high quality of coal in shallow depth so that it is rather in favourable condition in view of productivity and safety. There was any casualties or catastrophic disasters in recent years as well. However, due to the irregular and mild inclined coal seam condition, there is no other applicable mining method than Slanted Shute Caving Method which is known as conventional and vulnerable to the accidents. Besides, water inrush through the caved out goaf from the subsided surface is the biggest problem to be tackled in long term bases
폐광산의 갱도 및 채굴적 활용방안 연구 (2): 본 연구에서는 폐광산의 갱도 및 채굴공동의 활용모델 정립, 폐광산의 갱도 및 채굴공동의 활용모델 개념 설계, 폐광산의 갱도 및 채굴공동의 활용기술 개발을 최종 목표로 삼고 있다. 금번 2차년도의 연구 내용은 다음과 같다. 0 광산별 특성 및 조사. 0 예비 후보광산 현장조사. 0 개발 대상광산 선정 및 개념설계. 따라서 2차년도에서는 1차년도의 예비 후보광산 현장조사를 추가 및 보완실시하여 최종적으로 활용가능성 및 활용가능분야 등을 선정하였으며, 이 중 일개 광산(가학 폐광산)을 선정하여 실제 폐 갱도를 활용하는 개념설계를 실시하였다. Alternative utilization of underground spaces with abandoned mine openings: Alternative utilization of underground spaces with abandoned mine openings should be considered with one of the underground space development which can be demonstrated by a limited land, an overcrowding population and a lack of energy. There are more than 1,000 abandoned mines in Korea, and most of them has a fair or good ground condition. Consequently utilization of these abandoned spaces is urgently needed not only for social/industrial aspect but also for security aspect. Moreover characteristics of rock mass, that is, rock mass has a constant temperature and a constant humidity, can contribute to the saving of energy. The final goal of this study is to establish the model of utilization of abandoned mine openings, to design the utilization model, and to develop the utilization techniques. For these research targets, literature surveys, determination of major factors, and field surveys for candidated mines were performed during 1st research year. Now in this 2nd year, the candidated mines were deeply surveyed, and finally conceptual design was made for one of these abandoned mines. The Gahak mine which is located in Kwangmyung city, Kyunggido, can be utilized as a bio-park and a cave land. According to the key to success, it can be enlarged to the huge underground distribution center. For success of this project, however, the development scenario should be investigated completely and a lot of supports should be given by government
